The iEdit Network will be performing a necessary update to our systems to better performance enhancements as well as additional hardware upgrades on 8/24/2019 starting at 1AM.

To see your financial status with the iEdit Network, simply login to your MyiEdit Account.

All customers will sign in with your personal email address (provided during sign-up) and account password (chosen during sign-up). If you do not know your password, you can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password" link below the password input box.

Next, select the Billing tab and then click "My invoices". The amount due will be listed; if no amount is shown, then you are paid up.

Staff User Overview

With the user groups set up, the individual users can be saved to the administration side of your store under System > Users > Users.

Clicking Add User/plus icon will bring you to the user form below.

Aside from the basic user information, a password must be created for the user to login to the dashboard.

The User Group selected from the drop down box will assign specific permissions to the user.

The status lets you choose to enable the user to be able to login, or disable the user from logging in to the dashboard.

When you access an email account through a desktop email application such as “Microsoft Outlook 2000® for Windows®”, the email application will require specific information about your email account. The information below is used to setup a email client for your desktop or mobile phone.

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.


  • IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application. Messages that have been read/deleted/replied to will show up as such, both on the server and in the mail application.

  • POP3 does not coordinate with the server. Messages marked as read/deleted/replied to in the mail application will not show up as such on the server. This means that future mail downloads with POP3 will show all messages as unread.

  • Outgoing mail is sent using SMTP.

  • We recommend using POP3 over SSL/TLS or IMAP over SSL/TLS since they provide increased security for your interactions with the remote mail server.

In some cases, it is necessary to transfer your domain to the iEdit Network's servers to make working with hosting smoother. If this is the case, there are a few things you will need to have before starting this process.

  2. The transfer code - You will need to get this from your current registrar. Please note that to retrieve this code, your registrar may require a 2-7 day holding period to validate the transfer.
  3. You will need to go ahead and pay a transfer fee which will reset the date in which your domain is set to renew on.
